Terms & Conditions

The system, which provides for an action by the Customer, is realized in compliance with the legislation on sale at a distance, specifically articles 50 and subsequent of the Consumer Code (D. lgs n. 206 of September 6th 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions).
The process of sale at a distance described in these general terms of sale is reserved exclusively to the consumers i. e. those defined by the article 3 of the D. lgs 206 of September 6th 2005 and only if located on the Italian territory (here known for brevity as “Customer” and “Customers”).

Area of application

These general conditions shall apply to the all sales at a distance through the website www.officinaelab.com.
These general conditions must be thoroughly examined by the Customer before completing the at a distance purchase of the piece of clothing or the accessory previously ordered.
It is intended that the purchasing order through the website www.officinaelab.com implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions.


The order can be made through the website www.officinaelab.com, by selecting any picture of the items featured and following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
For a successful conclusion of the payment process by the Customer, www.officinaelab.com will give immediate communication of the acceptance of the order, retaining the option to communicate within the following 10 days in case the order can not be processed, followed by immediate cancellation of the order.
Once the order and the payment are confirmed, the order is no longer changeable.


The price of the clothes and accessories on the website refers to the single item and it is stated in Euro, including VAT.
Upon acceptance of the order, the Customer will receive written confirmation containing the information about the item purchased, the amount due, the price detail and the delivery date.

Payment terms

The payment by the Customer can only be made by credit card and Paypal.


The delivery of the items is made both on italian territory and outside of it, to the address indicated by the Customer, only following regular payment of the order.
Delivery mode: courier service Company: TNT Two delivery attempts will take place, and, in case of negative outcome, the items will remain in free storage by the local branch of TNT for five days.
After that, the items will get back to OFFICINA S.A.S. In compliance with legal provisions of article 54 of Consumer Code, OFFICINA S.A.S. will deliver the items no later than 10 days by the payment made by the Customer. OFFICINA S.A.S. is not responsible for any delays once the courier got the items or for any delays related to custom issues.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs are assumed by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal and return of the items

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 54 of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date of the order, as certified by the courier.
In order to exercise the withdrawal and to return the item, the Customer will have to timely inform Officina s.a.s., who will authorize the return and refund only following a check of the intact state of the item.
The Customer will have to return the items in the same conditions in which they were at the time of delivery, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the exercise of withdrawal mentioned above.
The return will be considered completed once the item will be delivered to the shop within the same due date of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Intactness conditions of the items

It is possible to return the item purchased through www.officinaelab.com only if in the same conditions it has been received.
The Customer must ensure that: -the item has not been worn or has been damaged during the fitting; -the item has not got dirty or been washed; -the item preserves all the pendents, labels and original finishings; -the item has not been altered in any way.

OFFICINA S.A.S. retains the right to refuse returns which are not compliant with the conditions mentioned above.
In these cases the item will be sent back to the sender to the shipping address previously indicated.


When an item is returned, OFFICINA S.A.S. will make sure that it has not been used and/or damaged.
The Customer will receive an e-mail of confirmation of the successful return, indicating the date of the corresponding refund.


For any information or claims, or any communications related to the general conditions of sale at a distance, the orders and/or products, the Customer can write to the following e-mail address: info@officinaelab.com Privacy and data protection provisions: The firm OFFICINA S.A.S. is the owner of the database which gathers its Customers’ personal data. When a new Customer makes an order through the website www.officinaelab.com, the aforementioned database will be updated with every new Customer’s data, which will enable to best meet the needs of the Customer him/herself and to simplify the assistance.

The collecting and processing of data are carried out in accordance with the provisions of D. lgs of June 30th 2003, number 196 consolidated (Privacy Code).

Force Majeure

The performance of services by the company OFFICINA S.A.S. can be suspended due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure which forbid or delay the execution.
Shall be considered as such, by way of example and not exhaustive, war, riots, revolts, strikes and issues due to supply attributable to third party vendors.
The company OFFICINA S.A.S. will inform the Customer in case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure within 7 (seven) days by the event itself.

Applicable law

These sale general conditions are ruled by the Italian law.
In case of litigation resulting from interpretation, validity and/or performance of the contract, the Costumer has the right to protect his/her interests through a consumer association in the form prescribed by article 140 of Consumer Code, or initiate an out-of-court dispute settlement procedure concerning consumption under article 141 of Consumer Code.
It is without prejudice to the right of the Costumer to seek legal remedy for the solution of the litigation resulting from interpretation, validity and/or performance of the contract.
In this case, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
